Hello. I am Nikki, or Lillith. I am a white, transmasc lesbian freelance furry artist who is 22. I use any/all pronouns as I don’t care how I’m referred to. I’m not the social type so it’s not often I will answer dms that aren’t business related. I am autistic and often have trouble reading social cues, and may take things entirely too literally, so please be patient with me. BPD and autism may also affect if i reply to friendly dms or not… My lifelong hyperfixation is the Fallout series.Like stated before I am autistic and struggle to read social cues/read the room. If I ever say, or do, anything that may cause any discomfort please tell me immediately with no cut corners. I tend to over correct people which isn’t fun. LAST UPDATED: 23/04/2024By commissioning me you immediately agree to these terms of service. Violations to any part of this will result in you immediately being placed on a blacklist, and depending on the situation our final communications is you getting a partial refund.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.I only take Paypal and Cashapp. If paying VIA Paypal PLEASE Scroll where it says “billing address” and select not applicable! I do not accept payments via f&f as it’s fraud in Paypals TOS. If paying Cashapp I usually do a 5% discount. I do not charge more with Paypal to cover fees, I just give Cashapp a discount as it’s my preferred method due to previous malicious chargebacks on Paypal.I have the right to decline a commission for any reason I choose. A character being too complex, representing a trope I’m uncomfortable with, or whatever else I choose. I do not owe you an explanation if I do deny you for a commission.

* You MUST be 18+ to commission me, or have parent’s permission.* You CAN use your PERSONAL commission to make PERSONAL physical items. You cannot profit off it unless given explicit permission.* You CANNOT use my works for monetary purposes such as: Merchandise, NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchains, etc.* You CANNOT use my work to train AI.* You CANNOT use my work for commercial use without permission. (DM for information.)* You CANNOT use my work to promote hateful messages. Hateful messages or problematic content. Hateful or problematic content includes, but is not limited to: Racism, Homophobia, Transphobia, Sexism, Xenophobia, Antisemitism, Proship, Pedophilic, or Zoophilic content.* I am 100% the owner of my OWN works. You CANNOT claim my works as your own and use them for things against my TERMS OF SERVICE.

— 01. PAYMENT & RETURNS

* Payments are expected upfront and in USD via Cashapp/Paypal/Ko-Fi ONLY. Payment plans available for commission $80usd or more.* If I cancel your commission for any reason you will receive a full refund, and the progress I made on your project no matter how far I am into it.* If YOU cancel your commission/request a refund you will only receive a partial refund based upon how much work I’ve already done. If I haven’t started you will receive a full refund.* If you’d like a refund, please contact me first. Filling a chargeback makes it so I can no longer sell or receive money, and flags me as an untrustworthy seller. Doing this will immediately result in you being blacklisted and mentioned on socials to make others aware of you.
Sometimes refunds are necessary, asking for one isn’t bad and needed sometimes, just communicate with me about it first and I’ll be more than happy to work with you. Thanks.

— 02. PRICES & EDITS

* Prices listed are base statements, and I may ask for more if a character is more complex. Usually that will never be over an added $10.* You will receive multiple sketches throughout the process of working. You have up to 5 chances to change the sketch(es) until I request a $5 change fee for further changes.* Major changes CANNOT be made once I begin the basic lineart without the $5 fee even if you didn’t use all of the 5 changes in the sketching phase. (If I end up doing something incorrectly with the character such as: Wrong colours used, wrong design/markings, etc. it will not cost extra as it is a full error on my part.)

* Anthropomorphic furry characters

* Couple/ship art (Canon based characters are okay.)

* Body horror (Multiple eyes, extreme gore, etc.)
* Fetish/kink content
* Explicit NSFW content
* Works that promote/imply hate speech
* Feral character NSFW, zoophilic content
* Proship/Problematic content

— 05. WHAT TO SUPPLY

* A clean reference sheet with absolutely no shading that is SFW. (If you submit a NSFW reference sheet that is uncensored for commission that is SFW I will immediately cancel working with you. If a NSFW reference is all you have, PLEASE CENSOR IT PROPERLY.)* A pose reference, or at least idea. Allowing me to pick a pose or idea is allowed, just might take me longer to do.

— 06. TATs

In most cases, my TATs are about a week to a month depending upon the complexity of the work and how much information is given in detail about the work.Please keep in mind I have chronic arthritis that may delay the time that the work is completed. If this is the case, you will be told immediately. These flare ups can come on suddenly at completely random times. If you believe this may be an issue, and you aren’t willing to take the “chance” of it, please do not commission me as I cannot control this.My Trello stays fairly updated, but please never hesitate to reach out to me about anything regarding your commission.

— 07. DESIGN TOS

* You CANNOT sell a character for more than the purchase price unless you have added/commissioned art of the character. If a character was a freebie/raffle prize this rule ALSO counts.* You CAN change the character’s design, as long as it stays recognizable from the original design!* You CAN use designs from me in stories! I’d actually love to see them!* Please keep my designs on toyhou.se! If you sell/give them to someone offsite I will help in trying to find a code for them, just PM me!* Please don’t delete my designs! If you no longer want them. I will gladly try to pay you back for them if I can.* Please wait a week before selling or trading my designs. This rule doesn’t count if the character was purchased as a gift!* All adopts are non-refundable.* Please do not trade to users on my blacklist.* Do not use my designs to promote bigotry. This includes, but not limited to, things like: Racism, Misogyny, Transphobia, Homophobia, Xenophobia, Antisemitism.* Do not use my designs to engage them in proshipping content, pedophilic content, or zoophilic content.
